Chaîne des Rôtisseurs

In 1978, under the presidency of M. Jean Valby, the Grand Chancelier of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, M. Maher Henein founded the Bailliage of Egypt.

Two years later he became the “Bailli d’honneur du Bailliage National d’Egypte”, and then “Membre du Conseil Magistral”.

M. Henein was delegated to establish the Bailliages of Lebanon, Kenya, Ethiopia and Cameroon.

After 20 years at the service of the Chaîne, he became “Bailli d’honneur-Commandeur-Membre du Conseil Magistral” of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.

M. Maher Henein passed away on June 1st 2006.

Karim Henein joined the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in 1987 (Bailliage d’Egypte).

He was appointed as Chancelier du Bailliage in 1999 and in 2005 became a member of the Conseil Magistral.

A year later, President Yam Attalah, invited him to join the International Board and he is since: Membre du Conseil d’Administration – Siège Mondial – Paris.

In 2007, Karim Henein officiated his first international Inductions in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and was later invited to officiate other Induction Ceremonies worldwide including Switzerland, Germany, England and Italy.

In 2008 he was awarded the title of Commandeur.

Karim Henein is also a Director and Co-founder of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Charitable Association: The ACCR.

Amal El Tobgy joined the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in 1990 as Dame de la Chaîne.

In 2004, she was appointed by Maitre Maher Henein (the founder of the Bailliage of  Egypt) as  Bailli délégué.

In 2009 Amal El Tobgy received the silver medal by President Yam Attalah and was nominated as Membre du Conseil Magistral in 2012.

Yves Pharès joined the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in 2003 (Bailliage d’Egypte).

He was appointed Bailli of Cairo in 2007.

On November 27th, 2013 he became Bailli Délégué of the Bailliage National d’Egypte.
